This company started thanks to this blog, created with the purpose of presenting my ideas about system design and scalability patterns, with the objective to teach developers better ways to code.

Luckily it started to have so many visitors and consultation work that the only way to serve so many customers was to create an agency.

Since we started working with big players in the financial sector company has expanded to over 10+ software engineers, with more hirings coming every month, to continue serving our recurring customers and new ones too.

Our engineers are proficient in their craft, they are always improving their skills, thanks to internal 1-1 couching with Sam, hackathons, and our training program, designed to educate them to give the best solution to our clients.
